Recipe for Whisky Sour

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 45ml of bourbon
  • 22ml of Fresh lemon juice
  • 22ml of sugar syrup
  • 1 cherry
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Ice

Preparation Method

  1. Using your cocktail shaker, add the ice and the ingredients before shaking.
  2. You can tell when the ingredients have been shaken enough, as the whole of the outside of the cocktail shaker will be cold to touch.
  3. In your chosen glass, add some fresh ice, before using a strainer to strain the cocktail into the glass.
  4. Finish by garnishing your glass with a cherry and a wedge of lime.
