Very Easy Sausagemeat Stuffing Balls
Perfect for Christmas, Sunday roasts and easy weekday suppers.

Recipe for Very Easy Sausagemeat Stuffing Balls
500g good quality sausagemeat
3 medium onions, peeled and finely diced
100g mushrooms, finely diced
bunch of parsley, washed and finely chopped
250g fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg to bind
good pinch dried mixed herbs
Place all the ingredients, apart from the breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl and mix really well.
Spread the breadcrumbs onto a large baking tray.
Roll the sausagemeat into little balls and then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat. Put onto another baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30 minutes until crispy and brown.
Serve straight from the oven as a delicious accompaniment to turkey or chicken.
