1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or extra virgin olive oil
Preparation Method
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, eggs, milk and oil before whisking together. Make sure that you whisk the mixture well, ensuring there are no air bubbles or lumps.
In a medium sized frying pan, thinly wipe oil / butter around the pan with kitchen roll before placing onto a medium heat to warm up.
Ladle a spoonful of the batter into the pan and cook for a minute on each side until you see bubbles forming and it begins to turn golden.
Once cooked remove the pancake from the pan, placing into the oven to keep warm and repeat.
