Recipe for Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 50ml of White rum
  • 75ml of pineapple juice
  • 50ml of coconut
  • Pineapple wedges to serve
  • Ice

Preparation Method

  1. In a blender, add the coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum and a few cubes of ice before blending until the mixture has turned smooth.
  2. Pour the now smooth mixture into your chosen glass before garnishing with pineapple wedges.
