Recipe for Detoxing Kale and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 apple peeled and cored
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 100g of kale
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 15g of parsley
  • 1 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cup of water

Preparation Method

  1. The easiest way to make this rejuvenating smoothie is to use a juicer, where you add all the ingredients and voila, you have an easy, delicious drink.
  2. If you choose to use a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until you have created a smooth mixture.
  3. When serving your smoothie, whether blended or juiced, add the drink to ice before serving.
