Butterscotch Martini

Holding an elegant cocktail party or celebrating with friends; the Butterscotch martini is the ultimate cocktail this winter.

A sweet cocktail not for the faint hearted, with white chocolate flavours merged with cognac and butterscotch, this cocktail is ideal for the drinker with a sweet tooth.

Recipe for Butterscotch Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butterscotch flavoured liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons of cognac
  • 2 tablespoons of caramel topping
  • 2 tablespoons of white chocolate liqueur
  • 2 cookie straws- Optional

Preparation Method

  1. In two martini glasses, start by drizzling one tablespoon of caramel topping.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, fill the shaker with ice and pour in the cognac, butterscotch flavoured liqueur and shake.
  3. Shake for around 30 seconds or until the whole outside of the cocktail shaker has turned cold.
  4. With a strainer, pour the mixed liquid into two martini glasses.
  5. Drizzle one tablespoon of white chocolate liqueur into each glass and garnish with cookie straws.
